The sunflowers are cultivated by the Musser-family, situated in Freundorf in Lower Austria. On an acreage of more than 30 hectares, the family has been prodicing agricultural commodities over generations.
The wild herbs such as stinging nettle, wormwood, amaranth, quinoa, yarrow, dandelion, sage, mint and hops come from Gärtnerhof Gin from Vienna.
The sunflower seeds derive from high-oleic-sunflowers(ho-sunflowers) which are cultivated from sunflowers which have a high content of oleic acid of approx. 75-93%. This breeding has not been genetically manipulated. The oil is cold pressed, untereated and unfiltered.
These sunflower seeds have been cultivated in Europe since the mid-nineteen-nineties.
