Cellar Bottle 2L

Special designed 2 l bottle made of glass with glass closing containing a famous Plass wine vinegar from the year 1995. Only a limited amount of 10 bottles each are being produced. Each bottle is numbered und delivered with a special hand-written label. The closing is sealed with sealing wax.

Erwin Gegenbauer takes only selected vinegars for these special bottles.

In these bottles vinegar can be stored for very long periods due to its special closure. And like old wine the vinegar gets better and better every year. Flavour gets more intense as the vinegar matures in the bottle. Therefore this bottle is not only a precious gift for every gourmet, it is also useful for people collecting high-quality products for special occasions.
