Yellow Sauce

2 ripe bananas
1/8 l Neuburger White Wine
1/8 l heavy cream
2 tbsp. Fig Vinegar
1 tsp. curry powder
1 pinch salt
1 pinch nutmeg, grated

2 ripe bananas mix with 1/8 l Neuburger White Wine and 1/8 l heavy cream in a blender. Then season with 2 tbsp. Fig Vinegar, 1 tsp. curry powder, 1 pinch salt and 1 pinch nutmeg, grated
This sauce goes well with lettuce, chicory, cold chicken or egg salad.
