Japanese Tigernut Oil Vinaigrette

Shopping list

1 lime, cest and juice
5 tbsp. Tigernut Oil
1 small chili
1 coriander leaves
100 ml Quince Vinegar
10 fermented soybeans
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame seeds
some salt and sugar

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and leave the vinaigrette to rest for some time:

The vinaigrette is very well suited to marinate fish dishes.
