Instructions
1 egg yolk combine with 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper as well as 10 ml Raspberry Vinegar and beat well using an egg whisk. Add 30 ml Raspberry Seed Oil drop by drop stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. serves 4
