Potato Salad with Curry-Dressing

Shopping list

1,2 kg new potatoes
200 - 250 g snow peas
250 g cherry tomatoes
Curry-Dressing:
3 tbsp. light mayonnaise
300 g yoghurt
8-10 tbsp. milk
3-4 tbsp. Muskat-Ottonel TBA Wine-Vinegar
1-2 tsp. curry powder
1 pinch salt
some white pepper
2-3 stems parsley

Instructions

1,2 kg new potatoes wash and boil in a covered pot for approx. 20 minutes. Rinse with cold water and peel. Let them cool down.
200 - 250 g snow peas wash, peel and boil in salted water for 3 to 5 minutes.
250 g cherry tomatoes wash and quarter.
Curry-Dressing:
3 tbsp. light mayonnaise combine with
300 g yoghurt
8-10 tbsp. milk and stir well.
Season with
3-4 tbsp. Muskat-Ottonel TBA Wine-Vinegar
1-2 tsp. curry powder
1 pinch salt and
some white pepper
Blend the curry-dressing with the prepared salad ingredients and marinate for at least 1 hour.
2-3 stems parsley wash, dry, chop and sprinkle the potato salad before serving.
