1 tsp. Sunflower Seed Oil
all-purpose flour
375 g all-purpose flour
250 g sugar
250 g cocoa, unsweetened
1 tsp. baking powder
1 dash salt
250 ml water
1 Bourbon Vanilla, scrached out
85 g melted butter
2 tbsp. Noble Sour T
2 tbsp. icing sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Grease a round baking dish (22 cm x 4 cm) with 1 tsp. Sunflower Seed Oil and dust with all-purpose flour
Combine the following ingredients in a bowl and mix well:
375 g all-purpose flour sieved
250 g sugar
250 g cocoa, unsweetened
1 tsp. baking powder
1 dash salt
250 ml water
1 Bourbon Vanilla, scrached out
85 g melted butter
stir quickly but carefully 2 tbsp. Noble Sour T into the batter.
Immediately turn batter into the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven (180°C) for about 30-35 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
COOL COMPLETELY IN THE BAKING DISH!! Before serving dust with 2 tbsp. icing sugar
