Vacherin-Cheese with Celery

Shopping list

4 celery sticks
10 white, seedless grapes
1 tbsp. Early Balsamic Vinegar
5 tbsp. Sunflower Seed Oil
1 apple
5 walnuts, finely chopped
4 tbsp. Early Balsamic Vinegar
1 dash salt and pepper
1 small Vacherin Mont d'Or (approx. 900 g)

Instructions

4 celery sticks remove the leaves and cut the celery into fine strips. Mix the celery leaves with 10 white, seedless grapes
1 tbsp. Early Balsamic Vinegar and 5 tbsp. Sunflower Seed Oil until you get a creamy paste.
1 apple cut into fine strips and blend them with 5 walnuts, finely chopped with the celery strips and with the paste you have prepared in the previous step.
Season the salad with 4 tbsp. Early Balsamic Vinegar and 1 dash salt and pepper
1 small Vacherin Mont d'Or (approx. 900 g) divide into 4 portions and serve with the salad.
