1 liter Rubinette Apple Juice blend with the following ingredients:
100 ml sugar syrup
100 ml Sauternes
50 ml Early Balsamic Vinegar
100 ml Rubinette Cider Vinegar
18 g soy-leicithin
8 g sucro
a pinch salt
some tabasco and mix just before serving with a hand blender until airy.
