Japanese Style Rice-Salad

Shopping list

Marinade:
2 tsp. Wasabi (green, japanese horseradish-paste)
some water
2 tbsp. Quince Vinegar
1-2 tbsp. light Soy Sauce
5 tbsp. Sesame Seed Oil
1 small iceberg lettuce
1 small cucumber
1 avocado
300 g smoked salmon in one piece

250 g boiled rice
some fresh coriander

Instructions

Marinade:
2 tsp. Wasabi (green, japanese horseradish-paste) mix with some water, 2 tbsp. Quince Vinegar and 1-2 tbsp. light Soy Sauce Finish the Marinade by carefully stirring in 5 tbsp. Sesame Seed Oil
1 small iceberg lettuce wash, cut into strips and dry.
1 small cucumber wash, cut off the ends, cut into halves lenthwise, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.
1 avocado peel, remove the core and dice.
300 g smoked salmon in one piece cut into pieces of 1 x 3 cm.
Carefully mix all above prepared ingredients with 250 g boiled rice and finally dress with the marinade.
Sprinkle the salad with some fresh coriander
