Viennese Potato Salad

Shopping list

750g waxy potatoes
0,2l real beef stock
3 shallots, finely diced
6 tbsp. Malt Vinegar
6 tbsp. Sunflower Seed Oil
salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

750g waxy potatoes boil firm to the bite, peel and cut into thin slices. Produce 0,2l real beef stock for the marinade. Add 3 shallots, finely diced and bring to a short boil. Season with 6 tbsp. Malt Vinegar, 6 tbsp. Sunflower Seed Oil and salt and pepper, freshly ground Blend the finely cut potatoes with the marinade, keep warm, cover and leave it to marinate for 3 hours.
Serve lukewarm!
