White Beans with Sage

Shopping list

1 tin of 280 g large white beans
2 leaves fresh sage
4 tbsp. Prima Spremitura Olive Oil
1 garlic clove
4 tbsp. vegetable stock
3 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar M
salt and pepper, fresh ground

Instructions

1 tin of 280 g large white beans pour off the liquid and let it drip off well.
2 leaves fresh sage fry in
4 tbsp. Prima Spremitura Olive Oil until crispy.
1 garlic clove slice, add to the pan and stew for a short while. Remove the pan from the stove, add
4 tbsp. vegetable stock as well as
3 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar M and season with
salt and pepper, fresh ground
Drizzle the beans with the marinade and let them rest for at least 1 hour.
