Black Currant Seed Oil, 30 ml/1 fl oz

We produce our seed oils directly from the seeds of the fruit. The seeds are carefully separated from the pulp, dried and subsequently processed by applying the innovative cooled pressing method of our Vienna Oil Mill. Due to the low temperature during the pressing process we are able to preserve the particular flavours.

We obtain 1 liter of this premium oil from approx. 1.000 kg of black currant.

This oil is bottled without previous filtration. We do this in order to keep the natural flavours that are contained in the lees.

e.g. dropwise on grilled meat together with Black Currant Vinegar.
