some Black Currant Vinegar
to taste chives, finely cut

Instructions

800 g soulder cut of beef boil and cut into thin slices. Boil down the remaining liquid, remove the pan from the stove and season with
salt and pepper Stir into the decoction some Coffee Seasoning Oil as well as some Black Currant Vinegar and pour onto the meat.
