And for individuality. That's our philosophy. We have partly
lost the ability to taste and to concentrate on one single,
clearly defined flavour.
This is why we always work from one pure product: every fruit-vinegar
is produced from one single type of fruit. Every wine vinegar
keeps its natural sourness and is not diluted with water.
We do not use any additives or sugar colour to reach a nice
colour. Our target is the clear definition of flavour. Melon
has to taste like melon. Cucumber like cucumber. Grape like
grape. And apple like apple. We admit: prime and unique quality
is the name of our obsession.
